FOR THE PEOPLE MAKING THE DECISION

What matters
to you?

The same AI project has different success criteria for the person funding it, the person responsible for the systems and the people doing the work. Start with yours.

FOR FINANCE LEADERS

Make the economics visible before you scale.

Know what AI will cost, what it can save and where the investment makes commercial sense. We measure against your existing process — not a vendor benchmark.

Let's discuss your process ↗
FOR THE BOARDFOR THE TECHNOLOGY TEAMFOR THE PEOPLE DOING THE WORK
The real challenge

AI is easy to demonstrate.
Harder to put to work.

The value is not in the model itself. It's in changing the process around it — with the right data, accountability, people and controls.

Too many ideas.
No clear first move.

Teams experiment with tools while the business still lacks an owned, measurable use case.

Strong demos.
Weak integration.

A prototype may work in isolation but fail against messy data, real permissions or exceptions.

Technology shipped.
Work unchanged.

Without training, evaluation and process ownership, employees return to the old workflow.

What we do

Select one partner.
From decision to delivery.

We combine strategy, hands-on engineering and adoption. You can engage us for one part — or for the entire journey.

↗

AI Strategy
& Advisory

Identify where AI will improve actual work. Prioritise use cases, evaluate build versus buy and quantify the business case.

What you getPrioritised roadmap, scope and investment case.

Implementation

Connect approved data and tools. Build an assistant or agent, test against real scenarios and add human controls where needed.

What you getA tested pilot, evaluation results and rollout plan.
◎

Hands-on
AI Training

Bring the tasks your people already do. Together we use approved AI tools, test the results, practise safe review and leave with reusable ways of working — not another lecture on prompts.

What you getWorking examples, a team playbook, practical confidence and measurable adoption.

FOR THE PEOPLE DOING THE WORK

Less theory. More work done.

Your people should leave knowing when AI helps, when it fails and what still requires their judgement. Hands-on learning is part of the implementation, not an afterthought.

THE TECHNOLOGY WE WORK WITH

We implement these tools.
We teach your team to use them.

We use the right tools for the process, not the other way around. Enterprise copilots, frontier models, agents, integrations and the evaluation layer that makes them reliable.

Where we start

Start with work that
should be easier.

Not an industry-agnostic chatbot. A specific, high-friction process where quality, speed and cost can be tested.

Variance report
FINANCE / EXAMPLE WORKFLOW

Reporting that takes hours, not days.

Connect approved sources, draft variance analysis, flag anomalies and preserve finance approval. Measure preparation time, accuracy and rework.

Policy knowledge
PUBLIC SERVICES / EXAMPLE WORKFLOW

Answers linked to the right evidence.

Retrieve current policy, prepare draft responses with citations and route exceptions for a human decision. Measure accuracy and turnaround time.

Operations queue
OPERATIONS / EXAMPLE WORKFLOW

Less manual handling. More control.

Classify incoming work, enrich it from enterprise sources and send edge cases for review. Measure throughput, exceptions and cost per item.

These are representative use cases, not completed client case studies or performance claims.

INTERACTIVE WORKFLOW

See what a real
workflow looks like.

Select a process. AI is only one step: accurate inputs, evaluations and human accountability are what create business value.

WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY

Not just a pilot.
A decision your board can make.

Every focused engagement ends with an agreed set of deliverables that finance, technology and operations can review together.

Alexander focuses on the applied engineering layer: shaping machine-learning and quantitative workflows into processes that can be tested, measured and operated. His work concentrates on data quality, evaluation design, repeatable testing and identifying failure cases before they become production issues. He supports practical decisions about where AI adds value, where deterministic software is preferable, and which outputs still need human approval. The emphasis is on reliable execution rather than impressive one-off demos.

LET’S TALK / NEXT STEP

You know the problem.
We’ll help make AI useful.

Share one difficult or repetitive process. In a short conversation we will map the opportunity, constraints and whether an AI workflow is worth pursuing.

A few practical details

Questions before
we begin?

What will we have at the end?

A tested workflow on an agreed use case, evaluation results, a team playbook and a clear scale-or-stop recommendation. Deliverables are confirmed before work begins.

Does every project take 4–6 weeks?

No. That is the typical scope for a focused first workflow. Heavier integrations or security constraints may require more time, while training workshops can be shorter.

Can you use our existing enterprise systems?

We begin by assessing your existing stack, identity model, approved data sources and security requirements. We select tools after understanding the workflow.

How do you calculate the business value?

We establish a baseline and compare time, quality, cost, exceptions and adoption. We don't promise a return that hasn't been measured.

Can you work with teams in the GCC?

Yes. Our team has long-standing enterprise experience in the Middle East, with delivery tailored to the organisation, its language needs and its governance requirements.
